At InformedDNA the work was a Laravel-based case-management platform connecting counseling workflows, documentation, and billing.
A shared application
Case information and related administrative steps came into one system. Laravel and MySQL, with integrations supporting the surrounding workflows.
The aim was to reduce repeated entry and manual coordination, and give the people working on a case a more consistent view of its status and associated work.
Access and maintainability
Role-based access and records of changes were part of the application design. Broader work at InformedDNA also included CRM enhancements, reporting, platform maintenance, and security-process improvements.
